We ship by SF Express
For delivery to SF Express Shop or Locker, please input the Shop or Locker's code and address onto the "Ship-To" address.
For remote area, we will find the closer SF Locker/Shop for shipment (Sai Kung, Clear Water Bay, Shek O, Stanley, Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, Cheung Chau, Lamma Island Peng Chau, and Lantau Island South)
Your package should arrive within 2 to 3 working days, Monday to Friday (except public holiday)
Public holidays may extend delivery times by 1 or 2 days
Due to product safety issue, no returns and no refund

Pick Up Location (Tsuen Wan,Hong Kong)

Pick up location, free shipping everyday
Order online and pick up (please enter Tsuen Wan Pick-up Point under "Shipping Address")
Pick-up location: Unit C & D, 11/F, Lung Shing Factory Building, 142-148 Texaco Road, Tsuen Wan
Pick-up Time After placing an order, the next business day Monday to Friday 2pm to 5:30pm
Note that pickup points only provide pickup service, no retail.
